Obituary for Dale L. Harvey
DALE L. HARVEY, 74, of 11369 Harvey Road, Morrison, IL, died Saturday, November 12, 2005, at Mercy Medical Center North in Clinton, IA. Dale was born November 16, 1930 in Prophetstown, IL, to Lloyd and Jennie (Sasson) Harvey. He attended the Morrison, IL grade and high schools. Dale served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He married Betty A. Seyller on November 24, 1961 in Morrison, IL. Dale farmed, along with his wife, in the rural Morrison, IL area his entire life. He was a member of the Morrison United Methodist Church, a member of the Whiteside County Farm Bureau, and a member of the VFW Post #8281. Survivors include his wife, Betty; one daughter, Bonnie Harvey of Barstow, IL; one son, Gary Harvey of Morrison, IL; three grandchildren, Jordon, Jamie, and Lani Harvey; one sister, Darlene (Mrs. Don) Foster of Morrison, IL. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and Don Harvey.
