Obituary for Coramae J. Bush
CORAMAE J. BUSH, 90, of Resthave Nursing Home, Morrison, IL, died Monday, September 3, 2007 at the nursing home. Coramae was born September 22, 1916 in Garden Plain, IL, to Menno and Anna (Heun) Norman. She was eduated in the Fulton, IL grade schools and was a graduate of Fulton High School. She married Donald Bush on August 13, 1938 in Fulton. He died October 5, 2006. Coramae was a member of Ebenezer Reformed Church in Morrison and the church"s Ladies Aid and Lydian Societies. She was a choir member for over 50 years and a member of the church"s Ladies Trio and Quilters. She also was a member of the Whiteside County Home Extension and the Fenton PTA. Coramae enjoyed crafts of all kinds, quilting, playing cards, and bus trips. Survivors include two sons, Arlyn (Janette) Bush of Prophetstown, IL and Milton (Janice) Bush of Morrison, IL; four grandchildren, Kim (Mrs. Paul) Mehring, Craig (Jennifer) Bush, Becky (Mrs. Brad) Gantt, and Kurt (Julie) Bush; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; a daughter-in-law, Carol Bush; a sister, Winnie De Vries; a brother, Alfred Norman; and a sister-in-law, Florence Bush.
