Obituary for Anna C. Foreman
ANNA C. FOREMAN, 92, of Morrison, IL, died Monday, October 21, 2019, at her home.
Cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no visitation or services. Interment at Lower York Cemetery in Thomson, IL, will take place at a later date. The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is assisting the family.
Anna was born February 17, 1927, in Lyndon, IL, to Marion C. and Cora (Hussey) James. She attended Lyndon schools. Anna married Charles E. Green on August 24, 1946, in Clinton, IA. He died July 28, 1973. She then married Norman W. Sandell on August 19, 1978, in Morrison. He died September 8, 1987. She later married Lawrence Foreman on March 26, 1992, in Monroe, WI. They divorced on March 8, 2004. Anna owned and operated Moothart Salvage Company in Morrison and later served as Mt. Pleasant Township Assessor.
Survivors include three sons, Gary (Cheryl) Green of Morrison; Jim Green of Fulton, IL; and Dean Green of Morrison; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ruby Hamilton, Jennie Delorosa, and Virginia (Richard) Johnson all of Morrison; and one brother, Henry James of Morrison. Also many friends and neighbors whom she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, Charles and Norman; one daughter-in-law, Donna; and one brother, Carl James.
Anna was a kindhearted Christian lady who lived life on her own terms, she will be greatly missed by those who knew her.
