Obituary for Michael Paul Cady
MICHAEL PAUL CADY, 60, of Morrison, IL, died Monday, October 19, 2020, at CGH Medical Center in Sterling, IL.
Cremation rites have been accorded. The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is assisting the family. A Masonic service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 24, 2020, at the Dunlap Lodge 227 E. Main Street in Morrison. Memorials have been established to the American Cancer Society and Dunlap Lodge #321 AF & AM.
Michael was born September 14, 1960, in Morrison, IL, to Louis and Shirley (Large) Cady. He attended Morrison grade schools and was a graduate of Morrison High School. Michael was a maintenance technician at Arconic in Bettendorf, IA. He was a member of Dunlap Lodge #321 AF & AM in Morrison and the Kaaba Shrine.
Survivors include his wife, Janice; one daughter, Ginger (Peter) Holesinger of Fulton, IL; two sons, Louis (Melissa) Cady of Shorewood, IL, and Charlie (Karen Rodriguez) Cady of Loda, IL; two stepdaughters, Holly Denning of Erie, IL, and Elizabeth (Chad Britt) Bos of Morrison, IL; nine grandchildren, William, Isla, and Luke Holesinger; Hadley and Ryan Cady; Cooper and Dylan Cady; Jadyn Denning and Raegan Britt; his mother, Shirley Jones of Morrison; one sister, Sherry (Rick) VenHuizen of Morrison, IL; a stepmother, Judie Cady of Lake Wales, FL.
He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Cady and his stepfather, Keith Jones.
