Obituary for Toni R. Cossman
TONI R. COSSMAN, 70, of Fulton, IL, died Saturday, November 18, 2017, at her home.Toni was born September 16, 1947, in Morrison, IL, to Harvey and Pauline (Pannell) Williams. She was educated in the Morrison grade schools and attended Morrison High School. She married Paul Anglese and he preceded her in death. She later married Don H. Cossman on April 22, 1988, in Clinton, IA. Toni was employed by General Electric in Morrison for 37 years.Survivors include her husband, Don; her mother, Pauline Williams of Morrison; one daughter, Laura Varner of Clinton, IA; one son, Darren Anglese of Fulton, IL; two stepdaughters, Marina (William) Wilder of York, PA and Kelly Leucke of Watertown, WI; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; six step grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; one sister, Marcia (Dale) Wiersema of Morrison, IL; three brothers, Harvey Williams, Jr.; Rick (Regina) Williams; and Kerry Williams all of Morrison, IL.She was preceded in death by her father and her first husband, Paul Anglese.
