Obituary for Tia E. Caffero
TIA E. CAFFERO, 67, of Morrison, IL, formerly of Fulton, IL, died Sunday, April 24, 2011 at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Morrison. Tia was born March 19, 1944, in Clinton, IA, to Charles W. and Birgit (Heldt) Adams. She was educated in the Fulton, IL grade schools and graduated from Fulton High School. She married Robert T. Caffero on December 21, 1991 in West Chicago, IL. Tia worked as a nurse at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Morrison. She was an avid fisherwoman, and even taught her dog how to fish. A memorial to the American Cancer Society has been established. Survivors include her husband, Robert; two daughters, Shannon (Robert) Candelaria of Albuquerque, NM and Katherine (Brock Grant) Arias of Albuquerque, NM; one son, Allen Aude of Rock Falls, IL; seven step children; six grandchildren; one aunt, Mrs. Ellen Heldt of Clinton, IA. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Douglas W. Adams.
