Obituary for Theo M. Anglese
THEO M. ANGLESE, 93, of Albany, IL, died Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Illini Restorative Care in Silvis, IL.Theo was born December 26, 1922, in Albany, IL to Boyd and Katherine (Beach) Pletcher. She was educated in the Albany Grade School and was a graduate of Albany High School. She married Kenneth E. Anglese on February 21, 1959 in East Dubuque, IL. He died on January 28, 1997. Theo was employed by her brothers grocery store in Cordova, IL and later for Dolans Royal Blue Grocery Store in Albany. She was a member of the Albany United Methodist Church and active with the Heritage House in Albany. Theo enjoyed camping and childcare of her grandchildren.Survivors include one son, Jerry (Deanne) Anglese of Albany, IL; a daughter-in-law, Betty Clemens of Albany, IL; four grandchildren, Julie (David) Calcote, Ann Overstreet; Ian (Valerie) Anglese and Katherine (Shane) Gallagher; five great grandchildren, Sara (Brandon) Bellows, Beth Calcote; Luke (Katie) Overstreet, Erin Overstreet; Hazel Anglese.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; one son, Theodore Ted Pettit; two sisters, Margaret Hill and Gertrude Blackert; two brothers, Neil Pletcher and Frank Pletcher.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at the Albany United Methodist Church in Albany, IL OFFICIATING: Pastor Toni Lucas, Albany United Methodist Church VISITATION: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday, December 26th, at the Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home in Fulton, IL INTERMENT: Lusk Memorial Cemetery in Albany.
