Obituary for Sharon K. Horack
SHARON K. HORACK, 76, of Morrison, IL, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at her home in Morrison.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the First Presbyterian Church in Morrison, IL, preceded by a visitation from 12:00 noon until the time of the service. Rev. Dr. Michael Selburg is officiating. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison. The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Sharon was born November 2, 1942 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Glen and Mildred (Renard) Robeson. She graduated from high school in Lansing, IL and received a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb. Sharon taught high school in the Macomb area and was a substitute teacher in Eureka, Morrison and Milledgeville, IL. She was an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Morrison and she enjoyed playing bridge with her friends. A memorial to the First Presbyterian Church in Morrison has been established.
Survivors include one daughter, Kari Horack, of Morrison; one granddaughter, Emily Davis, of Morrison; one brother, Richard Robeson of North Carolina; a niece, Cameo Robeson, and a nephew, Kyle Robeson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
