Obituary for Ruth E. Bush
RUTH E. BUSH, 92, of Resthave Nursing Home, Morrison, IL, died Sunday, June 19, 2011 at the nursing home. Ruth was born May 6, 1919 in Morrison, IL, to Lyle K. and Beatrice (Johnston) Ritchie. She was educated in the Morrison Grade Schools and was a graduate of Morrison High School in Morrison, IL. She was employed by General Electric in Morrison. Ruth was a collector of many different items, most notably, teddy bears. She also enjoyed crocheting. Survivors include two grandchildren, Cindy (Joe) Bielema of Morrison, IL and Bill Brearton of Coleta, IL; six great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Barbara Brearton; and two brothers, Gordon and Guy Ritchie.
