Obituary for Ronald G. Paulline
RONALD G. PAULLINE, 78, of 821 Fowler Road, Fulton, IL, died Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline, IL. Ron was born July 9, 1935, in Clinton, IA, to Joseph T. and Marian A. (Mohr) Paulline. He was educated in the Clinton Grade Schools and attended Clinton High School in Clinton, IA. Ron was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was first employed for the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. He later worked for International Harvester in East Moline, IL. Most recently, he worked for Clinton Engineering in Clinton, IA. Ron was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Arie #705 " Clinton, IA, Loyal Order of Moose " Lodge # 363 " Clinton, IA, and the Clinton Am Vets. He enjoyed bowling, boating, and spending time with family. He was an automobile enthusiast and an avid sports fan. Survivors include his wife, Pat; two sons, Steve (Robin) Paulline of Fulton, IL and Scott (Lori) Paulline of Aurora, IL; five grandchildren, Jason (Emma) Paulline, Cherie (Nick) Lawrence, Tyler Paulline, Cole Paulline, and Jake Paulline; two great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Brinlynn Lawrence; two sisters, Barbara (Gerald) Schoephorster and Delores (Gary) Dash both of Clinton, IA; and one brother, Gary Paulline of Clinton, IA. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Wayne Paulline.
