Obituary for Robby Ray Kohn
ROBBY RAY KOHN, 41, of Albany and Thomson, IL areas, died Saturday, December 8, 2012, in Davenport, IA. Robby was born December 5, 1971, in Clinton, IA, to Roger A. and Joy (Hartman) Kohn, Sr. He was educated in the Bellevue, IA grade schools and attended Thomson High School in Thomson, IL. He later obtained his GED. Robby married Dawn Bielema on November 22, 1994, in Mt. Carroll, IL. He was a laborer for many different businesses. Most recently, he was employed at Rastrelli"s in Clinton, IA. Robby enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. When he was younger, he enjoyed swimming with his family. Survivors include one daughter, Heather Kohn of Thomson, IL; his mother and stepfather, Joy and Thomas S. Wickes of Albany, IL; one sister, Tammy Kohn of Independence, IA; three brothers, Roger Kohn of Louisiana; Rodney (fianc"e Kelly Martinez) Kohn of Sterling, IL; and Bradley (Olivia) Wickes of Albany, IL; a special aunt, Linda Kohn of Lanark, IL; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger A. Kohn, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Zeb and Darlene Hartman; paternal grandparents, Merle and Faye Kohn; and one nephew, Landen Kohn.
