Obituary for Richard A. Rick Johnson
RICHARD A. "RICK" JOHNSON, 46, of 207 E. 4th Street, Lyndon, IL, died Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at his home. Rick was born September 26, 1964 in Morrison, IL, to Kenneth E. and Ruth M. (Johnson) Johnson. He was educated in the Prophetstown-Lyndon grade and high schools. He married Kathy Scott on September 25, 1982 in Morrison, IL. Rick was employed by C & D Machining in Lyndon. He enjoyed boating, fishing, and spending time with friends. Survivors include one son, Tom (Ashley) Johnson of Chadwick, IL; three grandchildren, Kacen, Konner, and Kinlee Johnson; his mother, Ruth Johnson of Lyndon, IL; one sister, Karen (Frank) Rhodes of Round Rock, TX; three brothers, Bruce (Jamie Reichard) Johnson of Lyndon, IL; Kenneth (Carol) Johnson of Clinton, IA and William (Kelly Jordan) Johnson of Platteville, WI. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth.
