Obituary for Rebecca L. Williams
REBECCA L. WILLIAMS, 33, of 510 Washington Street in Prophetstown, IL died Monday, June 8, 2009 at University Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA. Rebecca was born on October 20, 1975 in Camden, NJ to Bruce A. and Penny (Cheshire) Schafer, Sr. She was a graduate of Prophetstown High School in Prophetstown, IL and went on to attend AIC in Davenport, IA. She married Shane M. Williams on October 28, 1994 in Morrison, IL. Rebecca was a member of Prophet Hills Country Club in Prophetstown, IL and enjoyed golfing, motorcycle riding, playing pool and board games. Survivors include her husband, Shane; three daughters, Angel, Katelyn, and Sierra Williams; one son, Nicholas Williams; her father, Bruce A. Schafer and fianc" Deb Setar of Mount Bethel, PA; her mother, Penny (James) Cheshire-Brown of Boles, AR; one sister, Sabrina (Charles) Riddle of Waldron, AR; and two brothers, Bruce A. (Anna) Schafer, Jr. of Mount Bethel, PA and Richard Schafer of Fort Smith, AR. She was preceded in death by one nephew, Jonathon Schafer.
