Obituary for Peggy A. Shepard
PEGGY A. SHEPARD, 52, of 12981 Crosby Road, Morrison, IL, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at Harbor Crest Nursing Home in Fulton, IL. Peggy was born April 17, 1960, in Clinton, IA, to William H. and Lillian D. (Venema) Reynolds. She was educated in the Albany Grade School in Albany, IL, and was a graduate of Fulton High School, Fulton, IL. She married Mitchell D. Shepard on August 30, 1980 in Fulton. Peggy was employed by Drives, Inc. of Fulton; Bunge Corp. of Albany, and most recently, as a secretary for the Whiteside County Highway Department. She attended Fulton Presbyterian Church. Peggy truly enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Mitch; one daughter, Kristie (Zachary) Taylor of Lexington, KY; one son, Nathan (Emily) Shepard of Rochelle, IL; three grandchildren, Aiden and Isaac Taylor, Austin Shepard; her mother, Lillian Reynolds of Fulton, IL; one sister, Linda (Donald) Damhoff of Fulton, IL; one brother, Keith (Teresa) Reynolds of Fulton, IL. She was preceded in death by her father, William Reynolds; one nephew, Bradley Damhoff.
