MARY J. JOST, 79, of Libertyville, IL formerly of Morrison, IL, died Thursday, September 4, 2008 at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. Mary was born on January 30, 1929 in Clinton County, Iowa to Roman and Clara (Manikowski) Wisor. She was a graduate of Elvira High School in Elvira, IA and attended Mt. St. Clare College in Clinton, IA. She married Jene J. Jost on November 8, 1958 in Davenport, IA. He preceded her in death on July 21, 2003. Mary was a member of St. Mary"s Catholic Church in Morrison, IL. Survivors include one son, Michael (Lisa) Jost of Libertyville, IL; two grandsons, Justin Michael and Tyler Joseph Jost of Libertyville, IL; four sisters, Mrs. Clara Nugent of San Marcos, CA, Mrs. Teresa Cotter of Scottsdale, AZ, Mrs. Alberta (Steve) Sharnik of Moline, IL, Sister Marjorie Wisor OSF of St. Louis, MO; two brothers, Joseph (Bernadette) Wisor of Camanche, IA, Robert (LaVon) Wisor of Iowa City, IA; three sisters-in-law, Mrs. Mary Kane Wisor of Clinton, IA, Mrs. Leota Jost of Cedar Rapids, IA, Mrs. Betty Jost of Silvis, IL; many nieces and nephews and loving friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jene; one son, Brian Jost; one brother, Francis Wisor; one sister-in-law, Betty Jost; four brothers-in-law, Laurent Nugent, Wayne Jost, Myron Jost, Gary Jost.
