Obituary for Marilyn J. Mutter
MARILYN J. MUTTER, 73, of Fulton, IL, died on Good Friday, April 22, 2011, at the University of IA Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA. Marilyn was born December 22, 1937, in Woonsocket, SD, to Delbert W. and Alice E. (Woodward) Reed. She was educated in the Woonsocket, SD grade schools and graduated from Pierre High School in Pierre, SD. She then attended St. John"s " McNamara School of Nursing in Rapid City, SD. She married Fred H. Mutter Sr. on February 14, 1957 in Rapid City, SD. He died May 8, 2001. Marilyn was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Fulton, IL. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Granbury, TX and also a member of the Women of the Moose in Rapid City, SD. Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth Buck of Morcroft, WY; three sons, Fred H. (Sherry) Mutter, Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO, Lawrence R. (Judy) Mutter of Naples, FL and Thomas R. Mutter of Salt Lake City, UT; a loving companion, Kenny Bielema of Fulton, IL; eight grandchildren, Justin, Sarah, Stephen, Christopher, Jessica and Kristen Mutter, Matthew and Adam Buck; one great grandchild; two sisters, Jackie (Lyle) Carson of Haysprings, NE and Karen Hegre of Rapid City, SD; one brother, Richard Reed of Alma, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one sister, Connie Lou Reed.
