Obituary for Marcille L. Blender
MARCILLE L. BLENDER, 81, of 509 N. 10th Street, Fulton, IL, died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Mercy Medical Center North in Clinton, IA. Marcille was born May 13, 1926, in Elmwood, IL, to William and Mildred (Carlson) Weber. She was educated in the Peoria, IL grade and high schools. She married George H. Blender on March 13, 1943 in Peoria. Marcille farmed with her husband in the rural Morrison, IL area. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, gardening and cooking. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Cheryl Rairden of Orlando, FL, Marcia (Mrs. Tom) Montgomery of Linn Creek, MO and Joan (Mrs. Rick) Norman of Fulton, IL; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one sister, Phyllis Weber of Peoria, IL. She was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Faichney; one brother, Bud Weber.
