Obituary for Marcia K. Yarbrough
MARCIA K. YARBROUGH, 69, of Fulton, IL, died Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Morrison Community Hospital, in Morrison, IL. Marcia was born January 19, 1942, in Sterling, IL, to John and Geneva (Wolf) Shierry. She was educated in the Sterling, IL, schools. She married Gene Yarbrough on August 3, 1981, in Clinton, IA. He died February 28, 2010. Marcia was retired from General Electric in Morrison. Survivors include three daughters, Leslie (Allen) Wagenecht of Morrison, IL, Cheryl (Mike) Bratcher of Keller, TX and Jackie Collins of Fulton, IL; nine grandchildren, Andrea (Chad) Wolever, Jennifer (Craig) Dornbush, Aimee Wagenecht, Sonna Endicott, Tracy (Mitch) Gardner, Melissa (Eric) Laffoon, Bradley Bratcher, Bridget Bratcher and Jamie Bratcher; three great granddaughters, Makayla and Madisyn Dornbush, Layla Laffoon; one great grandson, Aiden Gardner; two sisters, Valerie Shierry of Morrison, IL and Nancy (Ray) Sharp of Fort Lavaca, TX; two brothers, Darrell (Joan) Shierry of Iowa Park, TX and George "Tony" (Sandy) Shierry of Sterling, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene; one son, Mark Hurd; two sisters, Cynthia Shierry and Judy Carrington; one brother, Robert Shierry.
