Kristin was born December 5, 1974, in Cook County, IL. Kristin had a difficult childhood and was welcomed into the Andersen family home in 1989. She soon adopted the Andersen family and proudly announced “congratulations you’re the proud parents of a bouncing 15 year old girl!” Kristin has remained a member of the family, considering them her parents, siblings, and extended family. Kristin attended Savanna and Sterling, IL schools graduating from Sterling High School in 1994 and later attended Western Illinois University. She entered the U.S. Army in 1997, where she met and married David Randolph. They were later divorced. Kristin loved movies, video games, reading, and BBQ ribs. She also loved music and had a beautiful singing voice. She was very intelligent and loved a good debate on most any issue. She was a loyal and loving daughter and sister.
She is survived by her parents, Randy Andersen of Creve Coeur, IL and Dallas Spencer of Lyndon, IL; one sister, Kiara Andersen of Lyndon; four brothers, Stephen (Melissa) Andersen of Rock Falls, IL; Jared (Lindsey) Andersen of Prophetstown, IL; Joshua and Dru Andersen both of Lyndon, IL; six nieces, Jayna, Jazmine, Emma, Milaya, Kendra, and Hadley; one nephew, Truman; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Kristin will be missed by those who knew and loved her for her quick smile and fierce loyalty. She was always there to help and support others in their time of need and never wanted to worry others.
