JOLENE FARLEY, 68, of Clinton, IA, died Friday, August 9, 2024, at her home.
A memorial visitation will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at the Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home. Interment will be at Fulton Township Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
Jolene was born September 2, 1955, in Clinton, IA, to Paul J. and Lorna M. (Borgman) Huizenga. She was educated in the Fulton grade schools and was a 1973 graduate of Fulton High School. Jolene spent the first 15 years of her career working at Chemplex in Clinton and later retired from DM Services, also in Clinton. She enjoyed puzzles and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Jolene cherished time spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons, Jason (Samantha) Soenksen and Tyler Farley both of Clinton, IA; six grandchildren, Havyn, Jason Jr., Brynna, Kelson, Aspen and Willow Soenksen; one great-grandson, Kason; one brother, Ronald Huizenga of Clinton, IA; two nieces, Becky Wagner and Bobbi Sloane; two nephews, Kevin (Shawnelle) Soenksen and Bryan Soenksen.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Chad Soenksen.
