Obituary for Jennie M. Howell
JENNIE M. HOWELL, 61, of Rockford, IL, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at her home.Jennie was born April 1, 1956, in Morrison, IL, to William E. and Joyce (Scudder) Blair, Sr. She was educated in the Morrison grade schools and attended Morrison High School. She married Randall J. Howell on June 13, 1987, in Clinton, IA. Jennie was employed by Vend-O-Mack and Cross Creek Golf Course both in Morrison, IL. Jennie enjoyed bird watching and maintaining her flowers around the house and was an avid reader. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter.Survivors include her husband, Randy; one daughter, Lisa (Patrick Manley) Dever of Bloomington, IL; one son, Travis (Shay Thomas) Howell of Rockford, IL; one granddaughter, Cadence Howell; two sisters, Vicki Blair of Maquoketa, IA and Kristine (Ron) DeWitte of Lyndon, IL; two brothers, William E. (Dolly) Blair Jr. of Sterling, IL and Steven Blair of Morrison, IL.She was preceded in death by her parents.
