Obituary for Gary Dale Harvey
GARY DALE HARVEY, 48, of Morrison, IL, died Friday, August 15, 2014 at Provena Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL. Gary was born January 7, 1966, in Rock Island, IL, to Dale L. and Betty A. (Seyller) Harvey. He graduated from Morrison High School in Morrison. Gary worked at Exelon as a security guard. He also worked at Walmart, in Sterling, IL. He drove a bus for Winning Wheels and also drove for the railroad. Gary was active in 4-H in his younger years and he also was a member of FFA - Future Farmers of America. He enjoyed raising farm animals, especially rabbits. Gary also enjoyed watching sports, he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He liked to golf, bowl and play darts.Survivors include one sister, Bonnie Harvey of Nashville, TN; one uncle, James (Rita) Seyller of Tampico, IL; one aunt, Darlene (Don) Foster of Morrison, IL; one niece, Lani Robb; two nephews Jordan Harvey and Jamie Robb.He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Betty Harvey; his grandparents.
