In Loving Memory of Evelyn Houzenga
Our family would appreciate your thoughts and prayers at this time. We lost our mother and grandmother, Evelyn Houzenga, on Sunday March 3, 2024. She left her earthly home and found eternal peace in the loving embrace of Jesus and her heavenly abode.
While our hearts are broken, we find strength in the belief that this separation is temporary. As the Scriptures remind us, "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." We hold onto the promise that one day we will be reunited with Evelyn in the everlasting embrace of our heavenly Father.
Evelyn's final wish was to be cremated, and her family has honored and respected this desire with cremation rites.
