Obituary for Donna L. Reavy
DONNA L. REAVY, 82, of Morrison, IL, died Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at CGH Medical Center, Sterling, IL. Donna was born August 7, 1928 in Morrison, IL, to Fred and Louise (Onken) Curtis. She was a proud member of the Morrison High School Class of 1946. She married Reynolds R. Reavy, Sr. on October 10, 1959 in Morrison, IL. He died December 27, 1976. She first worked for General Electric in Morrison and later at the Morrison VFW. Donna was a professional "Grandma" and "Great Grandma". She was well known by many names. Donna was a member of the Morrison High School Class of "46 committee. Survivors include one daughter, Judy (Wesley) Drehmer of Morrison, IL; one son, Ray (Tammy) Reavy of Morrison, IL; twelve grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reynolds, Sr.; one son, Curtis Meyers; one grandson; two granddaughters; and one sister, Betty Dawson.
