Obituary for Donald L. Forth
DONALD L. FORTH, 89, of 303 E. High Street in Morrison, IL died Monday, November 9, 2009 at Four Seasons Living Center in Morrison, IL. Donald was born on April 20, 1920 in Morrison, IL to Sidney J. and Olive A. (Alldritt) Forth. He was educated in the South Clyde Grade School of rural Whiteside County. He married Bernita M. Conrady on March 25, 1944 in Morrison, IL. Don engaged in farming in the Clyde Township area of rural Morrison his entire life. He was a member of Morrison United Methodist Church and the Whiteside County Farm Bureau. He served on the Board of Directors for the South Clyde and Clystic Schools and also the Farmer"s Elevator. Don served as Trustee for Clyde Township and was a 4-H leader for the Ustick Rustlers. Survivors include his wife, Bernita; two daughters, Nancy (Rob) Graham of Warrensburg, MO and Nola (Phil) Leslein of Taylor Ridge, IL; two sons, Keith (Pat) Forth of Antioch, IL and Kent (Kathy) Forth of Morrison, IL; ten grandchildren, Shea (Meghan) Leslein, Laura Leslein, Anne (Elvis) Landaverde, Tara (Paul) Thuriot, Audrey (Al) Ferreira, Anthony (Maggie) Forth, Brian Forth, Kevin (Katie) Forth, Kelly (Courtney) Forth and Kurt (Erin) Forth; five great grandsons, Aiden Forth, Kendall Forth, Thomas Leslein, Thomas Landaverde and Collin Thuriot. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son-in-law, Tom Leslein and one brother, Leland Forth.
