Obituary for Diana F. Posey
DIANA F. POSEY, 54, of Prophetstown, IL, died Thursday, May 23, 2013, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Diana was born October 10, 1958, in Dixon, IL, to Delbert and Joyce (Warrenfeltz) Hillison. She married Alan Posey on July 25, 1998 in Prophetstown, IL. She was a server at the Prophetstown Grade School for many years. Diana was a member of the Prophetstown United Methodist Church. She enjoyed shopping, and especially relished her ice cream in the evenings. She was a wonderful mother to her children and step-children, and was always involved in all of their sporting activities. Survivors include her husband, Alan; her father, Delbert Hillison of Montelo, WI; her mother, Joyce Warrenfeltz of Franklin Grove, IL; two daughters, Nikki Johnson of Prophetstown, IL and Jennifer Johnson of Walnut, IL; three sons, Jeremy (Katie) Johnson of Chicago, IL, Michael Johnson of Walnut, IL and Joshua Johnson of Sterling, IL; one step-daughter, Amber (fianc" Michael Rippy) Posey of Tampico, IL, four step-sons, Brent (Kathy) Posey of Grandview Plaza, KS, Brian (Sherri) Posey of Streator, IL, Mark Posey of Streator, IL, Shawn Posey of Streator, IL; thirteen grandchildren; three brothers, Dan (Lori) Hillison of Ashton, IL, Joe (Jen) Warrenfeltz of Franklin Grove, IL and Doug (Sue) Hillison of Polo, IL. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
