Obituary for Darlene A. Borgman
DARLENE A. BORGMAN, 86, of 5466 Holly Road, Fulton, IL, died Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at Harbor Crest Nursing Home in Fulton, IL. Darlene was born December 13, 1920, in Clinton, IA, to David M. and Jessie M. (Rick) Bailey. She was educated in the Fulton schools. She married Louis Borgman on April 29, 1948 in Fulton. He died March 18, 1999. Darlene was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and cooking. She was a member of the Fulton American Legion Women"s Auxiliary. Survivors include one daughter, Bonnie (Mrs. James) Guilliams of Fulton, IL; one son, Terry (Geri) Shanafelt of Thomson, IL; five grandchildren, Cindy (Mrs. Kevin) Price, Casey (Mrs. George) Cockerham, Catherine Shanafelt, Ronald Wilkens, Terry Easter; eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis; one son, Ronald Shanafelt; one sister, Nell Farr; two brothers, Lloyd and Glen Bailey.
