Obituary for Ann J. Van Horn
ANN J. VAN HORN, 63, of Morrison, IL, died on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Morrison Community Hospital.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 7, 2022 at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home, with Mr. Ken Renkes officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6th, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home. Interment will be in Fenton Township Cemetery in Fenton, IL.
Ann was born April 17, 1959 in Morrison, IL to Willis J and Jean F. (Prestley) Greeley. She was a graduate of Morrison High School. She first married Steve Osborn, the father of her children. On April 23, 2012 she married Brian Van Horn in Las Vegas, NV. Ann worked as a CNA at the Morrison Hospital for 17 years. She also worked at P&P Tool as a production worker for over 15 years. Ann loved everything Wizard of Oz and had a collection of Oz memorabilia. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Brian; three sons, Shane (Denice) Osborn, Chris (Maria Kempthorne) Osborn and Chad (Karina Lane) Osborn, all of Morrison; eight grandchildren, Max, Evan, Cameron, Sarah, and Taylor; Kaitlyn, Bricelyn and Brynlee; four great grandchildren, Kenryk, Kael, Avery and Addilyn; one sister, Jackie Smith of Rock Island, IL; one brother, Bob (Joyce) Greeley of Morrison; a sister-in-law, Rhonda Greeley of Morrison.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister in infancy; one brother, Allan Greeley.
