The terms of this type of pre-payment plan guarantee the purchaser that the beneficiary of the trust will receive our professional services, facilities and equipment and funeral merchandise as selected and described, in exchange for the balance of the trust account, regardless of the amount in the account.

Should it be necessary for you to apply for assistance payments from Illinois Department of Human Services or the Iowa Department of Social Services, Title XIX programs, we will help prepare you for what is known as the “needs assessment interview”.
